Student wins pitch for “INTERNAL PLUMBER” product launch


First trimester Advertising Students from Macleay College were recently invited to work on a live brief to develop an advertising campaign for a newly released product “The Internal Plumber” – and the results certainly got things moving.

Justin Smidmore, Brand Strategist at MC Creative asked the advertising students to develop ideas to promote the new product that aids healthy digestion. The students came up with a range of solutions that were primarily aimed at female consumers.

Smidmore commented that the winning concept from advertising student Amanda Florence “taps into a powerful insight in a simple, engaging way. There’s a positive energy about this concept.”

The winning concept is now being produced as a live campaign. Keep your eyes open for it.
